Swine Flu & Aromatherapy-We have all been hearing about the Swine Flu every time we turn on the television or radio. While it may turn into much ado about nothing, my belief is to still be prepared on the off chance that the government is actually right about something. Vickie and I have sent all of our kids Natural Options Cold Killer Roll-on. It is a blend containing Tea Tree, Oregano, and Thyme Essential Oils. All 3 of these are anti-viral, anti-bacterial and immune boosters. Thyme has been shown to actually increase the production of white blood cells. You simply roll it onto the arch of the foot, upper chest, and behind the ears. The oils will fight off the virus and also help your body to fight it off as well. In most cases it will help kill the cold or flu right away or at worse, lessen the effects to just a few days. (This is from the consumer newsletter.) My belief is that everyone should have a bottle or two of Cold Killer on hand. While I’m not convinced that this is going to turn into a pandemic, I don’t want to be wrong and have my kids suffer. We have sent them all Cold Killer Roll-on’s to have on hand, if not for the Swine Flu, then for the next cold or flu that comes around. We have also sent them a couple of Germ Attack pens and Antibacterial Antiviral Room Sprays. I guess it all falls under the heading of better safe than sorry.
