Lavender-'The Best" for stress reduction. Lavender is said to ease headaches, and is very useful with hyperactivity. Lavender is also anti-viral and anti-bacterial. FYI-Lavender oil can be used directly on the skin without any dilution. 1 drop of Lavender on a child's pajama's will enhance being ready for bed! (Hint: Put pillows
on floor and put a DVD on!)
Eucalyptus-Helps to clear nasal and sinus congestion.It is also Anti-Septic, Anti Viral and Anti Bacterial! Eucalyptus aids in the relief of muscle aches as well. Eucalyptus is effective in fighting off viral infections.
Rosemary-One of the best to promote healing! Works great for colds and flu, increases circulation, and enhances mental stimulation! Is there enough rosemary in the world for this! LOL!
Eucalyptus/Rosemary Combo! This one really packs a punch and can instantly work on all of the afore mentioned problems but 2X as fast!
