The 1st Dimension
   Well if you have started here, that's good. Numero Uno!  It is always good to begin at the beginning-yes?From this point forward I will refer to the 1st Dimension as 1D. I am also thrilled that you want to read my lessons! Thank-you!
   1D is at the center of our Earth and is an iron ore crystal. This crystal is approximate 1,500 miles wide. Also note that temperature is in excess of 7000 degrees F! This crystal activates all electro-magnetic waves that vibrate right up to the surface of the earth, through the Vertical Axis. That's right Vibrate!  Everything is a vibration and the center of the Earth is vibrating at 40HZ! Hz is an abbreviation for hertz which means "how many times per second it vibrates" 40 HZ means 40 times per second! That's pretty fast!  To put this in perspective for you the light that is on your desk, over your head whatever, is vibrating at 60HZ. That means it blinks off and on 60 times per second!  Way beyond your persistence of vision but there none the less.
   So the 40HZ vibration of the center of the Earth comes from what? Well it comes from what is called the spin factor.  This is the movement of the Earth in it's orbit relating to the other celestial bodies-Sun, Moon, other planets, stars, etc. This is what causes the vibration. Now as the moon orbits us,we orbit the sun, our Galaxy orbits in the Universe!
   By now you are wondering why I am harping on this vibration stuff. This is why.  When you are concentrating really hard, really focused on something -your brain is vibrating at 40HZ also!  This is also known as the Beta Range.  HMMMM... And this is the best part! You have been wired from the moment of your birth to vibrate with the Earth-That Iron Ore Crystal at the center! The iron in your blood! Your blood pulses to the crystal!  When we journey to this dimension we adjust our heartbeat to the frequency of 1D through meditation.  Simple-most peoples hearts beat somewhere from 56-70 beats per minute.  The goal is to slow or quicken your rate to approximate 60 times per minute. This creates a harmonic or multiple of a frequency which enables you to tap into 1D! This also gives the ability to vibrate in other places while being in your body.
  I could go on more about vibrations and how the crystal is more dense than regular crystals and so on. However at the risk of boring somebody with all the technical stuff -this presentation of this knowledge at this time is sufficient. if you would like more specifics email me and I will certainly answer your questions!  I will sneak some more technical stuff in here and there though! LOL
  The core is the record of Gaia! The history of the world and all species are recorded. This dimension is the only "True" solid dimension.  The core is also gravity which as it moves up the axis weakens.  All 1D centers in the universe are gravity-yes I said all! There is more than one.The more you learn to open up and resonate with the Earth, the more spaces that open up with in you and by learning the basic process you will be able to modify and resonate more easily with the higher dimensions as well.
  1D is the beginning point of all the Earth's manifestation. Imagine a spiral staircase that starts at the center of the earth spiraling all the way to the 9th floor.  That perspects it for you and the staircase-that is a dimension unto itself that we will call 10D. the staircase goes to the Galactic Center or center of our galaxy. That's the Milky Way Galaxy by the way.  The Galactic Center pulses to the Earth.
   Barbara Hand Clow which is where I gathered most of my info from her books cites that her contact with the P's (Pleiades) has revealed that there are in actuality 26 dimensions but in this life time we do not have the capacity to go higher than 9. The 9D's are accessible to all humans from Earth.
  The core crystal is always emitting images, symbols, colors, forms, beings, or coded sounds at specific places on Earth.
  
   The journey into this dimension involves visualizing changing form into a dense, thick liquid so to enter the dense crystal.  Once inside, the crystal it is amazing.  (At least this is how I guide it.)  Barbara cites in her book that "the center of the Earth is the Ultimate sacred realm, since it is the source of all the lifeforms that have existed in 2D or on the surface"
The crystal is the history of Gaia-the Earth and you never know what you are going to see when you are there.  Some of my group have reported seeing Native American persons there, animal life forms they have never seen on this planet, dinosaurs,and gnome like creatures. Many have reported an audible vibration that the sensation is comforting.
  The key to accessing this is to orientate yourself to the 4 directions and above and below as well. This creates your entrance to 10D-the vertical axis(staircase), then  to move consciousness into your heart center creating the seventh sacred dimension. Once you have mastered this technique the spaces that will open inside of you, the realms that will become accessible, and impossible things will now become possible!
